From the Collabor8te website: "Collabor8te is a partnership between Rankin Film, The Bureau and DazedTV. 10 selected scripts will be developed by The Bureau and Rankin Film, with up to 8 scripts then produced by Rankin Film. These 8 short films will then complete their run on the international film festival circuit before being exhibited on DazedTV".
Film scripts of up to 15 pages are required. Collabor8te are looking to develop narrative films, so no documentary material, please. Successful scripts will be filmed with a £10,000 budget (so take this into consideration when writing). There are no genre restrictions and submissions from first-timers and experienced writers are equally welcome. The deadline for receipt of submissions is 3rd October 2011.
